A new type scam on Facebook

Recently I can see almost every day a new scam campaign by a Facebook/Instagram scam gang. They take some images from the web, often from Kickstarter, Indiegogo etc. – and they sell it at ridiculous low prices. Of course buyers will never get anything. Please let me know in case you see sites I should add here:

Other websites from this gang that are already down: 1mermaid.myshopify.com – crazyfox.store – elegpia.com – itstylish.co – supreme-q.myshopify.com – thecrazydealstore.com

You can see that all websites have the same style and largely the same products. This is one criminal gang that comes out with a few new websites every week.

This laser printer might be from a different scam gang: bigtrendys.com

Here are the expensive real gadgets products that the scammers often use: Snapmaker, Kniterate, Goliath CNC, Human Hoist, EBS Handjet, Stator Scooter, Migo 3D, DTV Schredder, Sobro Smart Table and many more.

Update on company name on credit card:
The scammers usually use their trade name, i.e. next2day or whatever they use, the fraud transaction itself is handled buy a Chinese credit card processor called iPayLinks. They fake Paypal colors, but have zero security and provide safe transaction for scammers. It is also used for ***.MyShopify.com transactions.

Have you been scammed? Here is what you can do:

  • Contact your bank
  • Dispute the fraudulent transaction
  • Have images of what you ordered
  • Have images of what you got, with your address and track number on it
  • It may help to talk to the disputes department
  • Many here have been successful getting their money back.

Please help and warn others! Copy & paste this page link whenever you see any of those scam ads – unfortunately I am already banned by most of the scammers.

      • When shopping on Wish, words like real, genuine, authentic, pure, original usually mean the opposite. There is a very easy way to avoid problems with Wish – don’t buy anything there.

    1. minihuntstore is a scammer. ordered a keychain and extra ammo-never received a thing. got an answer when I wrote about the order-that it was on the way-never got here.

    2. “Wish” pop up is another scam site. I love turquoise and I know what’s real. Price was too good to be true, but I though what the heck. I ordered a bunch of turquoise jewelry that actually showed real turquoise jewelry and the metal was supposed to be s925 sterling silver. When I recieved it it was not true turquoise. Then I also noticed that they had pictures of jewelry from “The Braford Exchange” I know this because I recieve their catalog and it was some that I really would like it ran $99.00
On Bradford’s site/magazine. The Wish site has it below a dollar.
They make knock offs of real turquoise jewelry and color stone that are not turquoise (most are plastic) if it’s too light it isn’t stone. I was terrible disappointed. I just want everyone to know that it’s a scam

      • Wish isn’t really one vendor, it’s like Aliexpress, a platform with mainly China vendors. With Chinese vendors you can safely assume that 100% of brand items are counterfeit.

    3. Hello there I have recently got in to something suspicious in Facebook.

      A website called brunettenblonde.com

Do you know if it is safe?

    4. Winterlovezus, I clicked on the link and ordered the special they were advertising, which was essential oils, went through the process of making the order which should have been a total of $4.33, once finalised I looked at my account and noticed they deducted $149.98.
No confirmation of purchase, no contact from them, so have contact credit card agent who have cancelled the card and will be reimbursing the unauthorized transaction.
I’ve also reported them as a scam to Instagram.

    5. Hallo, ich habe bei nesgadges.com einen Handheld portable Sprinter für knapp 60 Dollar bestellt. Gekommen ist irgend ein labelprinter für warenwert etwa 2 $.

      Sehr ärgerlich!

      • Looks like the website is down already. Please contact your bank ganz schnell and file a dispute. You should be able to get your money back.

    6. I can’t dispute with my bank. Nothing older than 60 days. Ugh, this burns me. I ordered from CoolerOne..it was a scam. NO product and now out $70. I ordered back in Nov 2018

    7. I order a remote control tou from thegigistore.com in december 2018, i still havent gotten it and when i use the tracking it says its been delayed and shoukd arrive by jan 22nd…it is now the 27th nd still nothing, i teied to call the number on their site and it rang until it went to a busy tone and all attempts to contact them by email have failed…meaning it couldn’t be delivered according to yahoo. I dont know what to do now!! Im out $50 if it doesnt show up soon. It was a gift for my grandkids. So very upset with the whole deal.

    8. How can they keep doing this. I ordered a cabinet from poisly 2months ago. Cannot get ahold of them at all. They just took the money out of my credit card on Jan. 1st. According to the reviews I’ll never get it. What can I do.

      • I believe all wig offers from China are fraud. I added them to the long list. That list has not 430+ webstores, but I believe that one gang has well over 1000 scam stores.

    9. Bonjour,

      E.B

    10. Cpjus or xbuys London GBR I ordered a Cat Toilet, never received and am now using my bank to try to retrieve my money. Another one was for Faux Fur Bedding but I bought this using Pay Pal and they are currently trying to recover my money from aakum.com
